The Patriotic Singers is a group of men and women, organized by Ken Saltzstine and made up from members of the Temple Sinai Oakland Adult Choir. Under the direction of George Emblom and Cantor Ilene Keyes, the Temple Sinai Oakland Adult Choir has approximately 50 members and contributes to the spiritual richness of the congregation through music. The choir has performed with such luminaries as Danny Maseng and Rick Recht. Members of the choir can also be heard on recordings by Kat Parra and Robert Schoen. The Patriotic Singers specialize in singing some of America's most important and beautiful melodies. The group of 9 rehearse twice a month with direction by Deborah Golate. |
